Questions about the loyalty programme

How do I join the Batida Loyalty Program?

Just create an account in our shop. You get 1000 points as a welcome.

How many points do I get per order?

6 points for every 1 zł you spend. At the Smakosz level your points count double, and at the Koneser level triple.

Do points expire?

No. Points and reward codes have no expiry date.

How do I exchange points for a discount?

In the cart or in the "Rewards" window, choose a reward: 5, 25 or 55 zł off. We add the discount code to your cart straight away.

Can I combine the code with other discounts?

No. A reward code applies to your whole order but can't be combined with other discount codes.

How do referrals work?

Send your friends your link from the Batida Loyalty Program. After their first order, you both get a code for 10% off.

Can businesses collect points?

The Batida Loyalty Program is for individual customers. Business customers have separate discounts in the B2B shop.
